krithganram 77 Posts Breast self examination has to be learnt by every woman from her doctor. It is best to perform this examination on ourselves every 3 months. If any lump is noted while performing this examination, you should consult your doctor immediately. As in all cases of diseases, early detection ad treatment is the best option available to us.
