Following surgery

hi I have been having back pain for the last  3 months since I delivered a child by Caesarian section. The pain is in the low back and is very severe especially at night. Sometimes the pain is intolerable. How and when will the pain go. Is there any exercises for relieving pain. Why am I having so much of pain. Is it to do anything with the spinal anesthesia that was given for Caesarian section.
