In most cases, the underlying cause of back-pain is not serious. Most back pains come from the soft tissues of the spine (ligaments, muscles and joints). However in rare cases back pain may be a symptom of a serious health condition and a doctor's examination is required.

Hello Soniaji

you have to keep in mind some of the following facts if you really want to get permanent relief from your back pain.

* Stop taking pain killers immediately , as they increase the pain factor ultimately along with some other side effects.

* You have to sit or lie in the bed keeping your back straight. You have to keep pillow below your lower back while sitting and take slow deep breaths. This will help you relieve your back pain by up to 80%.

* You may dip 10 Almonds and 10 Big Raisins in water for 8 to 10 hours. Then you may remove the skin from the almonds and combine 7 pods of pepper and grind them finely. Mix all the ingredients in 100 ml of milk and boil it. Then you may add sugar to taste and drink it.

You may carry this on for 7 days, and then contact me on http://www.ayucorps.com
