krithganram 77 Posts My friend has been married for the past 8 years without issue. When they had consulted the gynecologist, she had performed series of tests which showed that she had apparently normal reproductive tract while her husband had decreased sperm motility. She had suggested artificial insemination for them. What is this procedure . Where is it done in Chennai? Is it very costly?
