Every evening, during twilight hours, especially during the summer months, we are blessed by natural aromatherapy through Nature's bounty.Aromatic plants in our vicinity release their fragrance exactly during what is called the 'evening sandhi-kaal' in India.This is the period after sunset until the first stars become visible in the Sky.There seems to be an in-built mechanism in certain plants whereby they release their aroma into the atmosphere.Perhaps you have noticed this in your own vicinity, many a time, but have given it little thought!It is believed that these aromas help to cleanse and purify the atmosphere. Hence we should try and inhale these scents, by taking a walk in the open, whenever we can.It is one sure way of staying healthy and warding off diseases!If you are interested in such plants, which you could plant in or near your own house (even in pots on windowsills!) please do email me and I shall be happy to help!
