Hello Dr
I am 25 years old boy from India, and I am a software engineer. My problem is mentioned below:
I an not gaining weight well and I am 55.5 kg for a height of 174 cm.
I have alcohol, should I stop it or is there any other option there where I can have drinks as well as maintain good health?
what food stuff can I have with alcohol?
