I'm 30. I'm a software engineer from India. I have snoring problem so my roommates warned me to go to ENT specialit.There the ENT doctor said there is a minor surgeon to avoid snore. So I was ready with the operation. Prior to the operation they have taken sample tests of blood. They said I had HIV positive. I was shocked and fell down, scared cried a lot. Later I came to my home town and spending with my family members. I went to an ART doctor. Immediately started the medication. He said CD4 count is too low (44) and viral copies are 60,270. No problem you can recover because you are young. I'm weighing 69 KGs. Trust me I don't have any sexual contacts. I'm really worried about how I got this HIV. Because of this I'm in depression..on contemplation about HIV 2nd stage is AIDS. After starting the medication I got blood in the stools. I checked with the doctor. The report said I got Hepatitis B too. I'm really worried about why i got these many diseases without having sex or physical contacts even....

I'm not able to move from home and always in depression because of medication. Wanted to die. But don't want to kill self. I'm not able to adjust with this kind of life..Is there any chance like mercy killing...

Please suggest me..
