Description : Naturopathy and Yoga Health Education Program for 2 days for 20 participants + Resource persons & prog staff (General Public, Women, Students separately 50 programs per year) To create and increase awareness among community about the preventive, promotive and curative aspects of Naturopathy, its costs effectiveness, easy adaptability and benefits for prevention and treatment of common ailments. The program is indented to create an interest particularly in looking after basic primary health care needs and attain health self-sufficiency through Naturopathy and Yoga. Activities Proposed for one day Program: Awareness Speech on Yoga Practice, Benefits of Natural foods, Using methods of enema and Personal hygienic delivered by a recognized Medical practitioner having BNYS doctorate degree. Distribution of printing/copying material on Herbs/medicinal plants, Naturopathy and yoga.
