Hi, I am 32 years old, weighing 75 KGs. For two consecutive years 1999 ande 2000, i had Spontaneous Pneumothorax in my right lung.
I had to be put up with ICD (or IDC?) for 2 days each time, and second time injected with Oxy tetra cycline too.
Later i got married and having proper and healthy food habits. i seem to have built a better stamina.
I am at client location in netherlands.
Can i start going to a Gym for basic health exercise (treadmill, cycling, rowing, cross trainer, and few weight lifting equipments, which are not too heavy)?
is it ok?

My teeth used to be white and in normal colour 2 yrs back. now a days they are turning yelow, no pain , no smell.I clean my teeth properly and brush twice a day.Please let me know what i need to do to have healthy and white teeth.

I am a software engineer and my age is 26 years.I have a question from Doctors who are skin specialist .Actually I had a pimples on my face(acne) some year back and now they all finished after all the treatments.Recently I don't have any pimples but the scars and grooves appeared on my chick which looks very bad.So I want your suggestion to fill all this grooves of my chicks.Give me reply as soon as possible. on my id kumarpankaj24oct@gmail.com....Thank you

i am taking fluner-10 and clotan during my migrain attack 4-5 times in a month. i am taking these medecines since last one year and i have gained 4kgs during this one year. i am 43 year old female. is the weight gain due to these medicines?

I am suffering from pain in the upper jaw. I do not know why it is happening. I asked some people they say it is the wisdom tooth that is coming. Plz suggest some tratment for the same. AS the pain occcurs at nay moment and lasts for few minutes or so. I would be very greatful to u there.
