Is it true that an apple can serve as a toothbrush in absence of a toothbrush or an emergency situation?

Yes! You have heard it right. An apple a day truly keeps the dentist away! Let’s say you don’t have time to brush or a worst case scenario, you forgot to brush your teeth or for that matter you want to make a good impression on a big date, Apple will come to your rescue. When you don’t have time to brush your teeth after a meal or before a big date, try this out! But make sure you rinse the apple thoroughly and eat the apple whole. There is this second opinion site that I usually refer for such tips and suggestions. Maybe you would want to check it out as well. It’s called mediangels
