I have a son of 3 ½ yrs.I am a working in a corporate firm where as everybody knows you need to put a lot of effort to rise. I am at the stage where I am expecting a promotion in 6 months time. Now the problem is my family wants a second child.Though I am absolutely ok with it but my worry is the time to conceive. If I conceive now it would definitely affect my career. Being a career oriented women I have struggled a lot reaching at a point where I am about to get promoted. I need your valuable suggestion which can help me in taking right decision to plan for a second child.

Dear doctor,
Iam facing the problem of hair loss for the past 2 years.My hair is curly and also very hard and dry.Because of this, i used to take head bath with shampoo daily since 3 years. I heard that its not good to take head bath daily. But, what i have to do to get good hair.Really, iam getting inferiority complex because of this problem.I heard that Homeopathy treatment for hair will help for regrowth of hairs.Is it so? I am 53 years old and soon to be divorced. I am type II diabetic as well. Once when I am divorced, I want to marry immediately because I don't want to spend my life alone. ok.. on 2 aug.. i did masturbation.. den aftr cleanin my penis.. i felt liltle pain n itchin when i urinated .. i wz worried... den i tried to pull my foreskin back bt i relised i wz nt able to pull it ..! not easily.. it is nw [paining when i m pullin it .. befre it use to go bak easily.. then today mornin the pain was still less when urinatin.. bt while takin bath i tried to do pull the skin bak .. dere wz no recovery..?? i am very tensed .. i went through google ,its somethin phmosis.. is my case dat ? should i go for doc immeditely or wait fr some days to heal itselff.???

i got married in 2009 and we got child in 2010 ( Operation Delivery ) our earlier marriage time we enjoyed sex after three month my wife conceived at the time she doesn't like sex , after she delivered baby still she is having same mentality , she is not allowing me to kiss in her mouth and she is not touching me and she is telling i don't have sexual feelings but i found the ovum in her vagina and during the intercourse i am only touching her .
so please give me the answer.
