The problem for students studying faraway from their home is accommodation. Usually, people who live near schools and universities take advantage of the demand for accommodation that they charge staggering high prices for a room or a house to stay. This should not be. Maybe the Australian government can regulate dorm houses, rooms for rents, houses, etc accommodating students. There should be a set rental fee and it should be habitable. A standard should be set what a room should look like.
