The zone diet consists in getting calories from carbohydrates, proteins, and fats in a fixed ratio, usually 40:30:30. Advocates of the diet claim it helps people lose weight, develop muscle, and prevent heart disease and diabetes – and it is an easy diet to follow.

Insects could answer global malnutrition. Especially in third world countries. I think many countries eat insects as part of their cultural tradition already so it just has to be encouraged as part of their daily lives. Insects are cheaper compared to meat and poultry.
