It is simply nature! Originally, women have larger hips and smaller waist with an optimal ratio around 0.6 (for example,
waist 58cm, hips 94cm or waist 60cm, hips 98cm). The latter
fact assured, typically, better fertility and good health.
Moreover, women with these measures were much more attractive according to males primordial istinct (it is sufficient to look at the statue of Venus!). Modern life has changed (and, perhaps, spoiled!) this natural tendency. Regards Stephen
