Schizophrenia is a severe and disabling mental disorder. A person with schizophrenia might see or hear things that others don’t, have bizarre beliefs, and suspect that others are plotting against him because he has a special mission in the world. Schizophrenia can be treated with medicines.

Schizophrenia is not an easy disorder to live with. Unfortunately when people are aware that you have this kind of disorder they look at you differently than they do people who do not have the condition. Unfortunately I have found that there are those who also take advantage of people in this situation as they know that it is difficult to cope with certain situations. Being a schizophenic also makes it difficult for you to stand up and defend yourself, they want may be the but the struggle to defend yourself is sometimes just too hard.
