Primary amenorrhea is a condition when a girl has not started menstruating by the time she is 16, even though other signs of puberty, like breast development and the appearance of pubic hair, are normal. Besides hormonal abnormalities and other illnesses, low body weight or obesity, stress and rigorous exercise can cause primary amenorrhea.

Primary Amenorrhea and intermittent fasting /anyone Uk based?
m_n_eb 1 Post Hi there, I am 24/25 years old, my cause of primary amenorrhea was never found. Everything appears somewhat normal through tests. I was wondering if anyone had done intermittent fasting with PA? I know they advise against it or to seek doctors advice. Also wondered if anyone was UK based and interested in meeting?
