Pasteurization of milk

It’s common knowledge that Louis Pasteur is the Father if the Pasteurization process. He famously pasteurized milk to kill all germs and microbes that the product may contain. These days, pasteurization is done for two main purposes – for maintaining high standards of quality and keeping it safe for public consumption.
