As observed in general people are less sensitive about dizziness, palpitation, black out, etc which are the main symptoms for the bradycardia. Also these are symptoms which can be due to various reasons and hence people most often ignore them. Ideally anything of this happens a simple test of ECG is must which can tell about the exact reasons. Bradycardia could be life threatening if not treated well. So don't ignore these symptoms.
