Patient Interview Request - $100 Honorarium

Our medical communications firm is writing to request your participation in a confidential telephone interview related to your experience living with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

We are offering an honorarium of $100 to compensate for approximately 30 minutes of your time.

We are conducting interviews on Monday, March 1 2010. If interested, please email gabrielle_figman@millet.com with two dates/times (including time zone) that would work best for you. In addition, please indicate if you are currently using or have used Zevalin or Rituxan.

Thank you,
Kim
