Negative Calorie Diet

The negative calorie diet supposedly helps people lose weight by eating only foods that give less energy than the energy the body spends in digesting these foods. This means you can eat only fibrous vegetables and fruits like celery or carrots or papaya, though you can eat as much of them as you want. Negative calorie diets are not safe.
