pain is no longer alleviated by rest or with GTN. Coronary angiogram


shows left main stem obstruction.


10 A 60 yr old man comolains of severe excruciatina chest oain at rest. He is


diaphoretic and nauseated. The ECG shows y waves and ST elevation in


lads II, aVL and I.
