Infantile cortical hyperostosis is a disease affecting the bone and adjacent tissues of infants. The cortex of the affected bones (usually, the jawbones, collarbones, and the bones in the arms and legs) thickens and the surrounding tissue swells. The disease usually appears before the baby is six months old and disappears during childhood.Join this online group on infantile cortical hyperstosis to contact doctors and meet other parents of children with this condition.
