This may have been irrelevant say, 50 years ago, but what with teen-age pregnancies, HIV-AIDS, proliferation of venereal disease, promiscuity and other issues relevant to school going children, it is very essential that parents and government be vigorous in implementing this program. It has been delayed for too long.....
