The number of sexual assaults by Ontario teachers be they male or female has never been determined by any research or investigation. Research from the US indicate one in 6 woman have been sexually assaulted while men almost have the same number. One of the former Officials of the Ontario College of Teachers was quoted in a trial that he had witnessed the sexual assault of little boys but did not take action even though he was a paid employee of the College Investigation Department. He claimed the predator had gotten married and he (the College Official) did not think the predator was a threat any more. If you actually read through the cases of the College you will find individuals who have been convicted for kidnapping, and sexually assaulting have been allowed to teach after they have served time. What ever happened to the Criminal Record check system in Canada?

Please do not let the Ontario College of Teachers wow you with figures when the damage they have done by their procrastination and show hearings is so absolutely pathetic.
