When a person indulges in Mastrubation, he expends a large part of his life force or Prana or Energy that is required for the body to work efficiently. The reproductive fluid (semen) or Shukra dhatu as termed in Ayurveda provides the required energy to perform, procreate and to improve our immunity.
When we masturbate often, we often notice that we feel tired after the initial excitement and stimulation. Soon after ejaculation, our legs, shoulders and our abdomen feel tired. We also experience the diffuculty in urinating immediately. The reasons are as under;
There are 5 kinds of Prana in our body, they are;
1. Prana - Energy required for the body to work. 2. Apana - Prana required for the body to eliminate Stools, Semen, Urine, and eliminating toxins during the menstrual cycle. 3. Udana - Prana required to optimise the power of thought and expression thereafter. 4. Samana - Prana required to digest and assimilate. 5. Vyana - The prana required for the circulation of energy, blood, nutrition, and movement, speech etc.
When ejaculation happens, we will feel the anus/rectum contracting thereby reversing the flow of Apana, which also prevents the flow of urine immediately.
What happens as a result is thus;
a. The reversed Prana (apana) goes up and agitates the diapraghm. When this happens, the organs in line with the diapraghm such as the Liver, Gall Bladder, Stomach and Spleen get affected.
Also, because of ejaculation and the subsequent reversal of Apana Vayu, the Large Intestine gets filled with wind, thereby causing distention in the stomach and Large Intestine. This causes stiffness or pain in the lower back and also stiffness in the neck and on the bridge of the shoulders. Passing of wind also increases.
When the Apana travels upwards, it also increases acid flow as the Gall Bladder and Liver are agitated. This leads to excess secretion of digestive enzymes and bile thereby leading to the flow of acid back into the Small and Large intestines.
The Small Intestine, Large Intestine and Stomach have a natural mucus lining that prevent any excess acid formation from eating into the intestinal walls. When this excess acid is produced, excess mucus is produced which travels up to the lungs and sinus pockets. This leads to blockage of the nose and sinus passages.
In fact, the effect of masturbation is contrary to your belief or understanding.

Dude, I don't know about you, but when I masturbate often, I don't often [and, by the way: when writing, try not to use adverbs (and definitely try not to repeat them within a single sentence] unless you're trying to condescendingly make a point about someone else's writing style) notice that I feel tired after the initial "excitement and stimulation," nor that my "legs, shoulders and [...] abdomen feel tired." However, I do experience some difficulty urinating immediately, a problem that you identify as being a potential concern.
However, I would like to point out to you that the reason that I (and you!) feel difficulty urinating subsequent to masturbating is not due to the loss of the "Shukra dhatu," as you suggest, but rather due to the fact that when one, "beats one's meat," (as the young people typically refer to it) their urethra is preoccupied with expelling semen from the testes rather than urine from the kidneys.
Hey, they say that men can't multitask, amirite?! LOL!

I can't believe a scientist is suggesting this. It's obvious the nasal passage is being cleared because the breathing patterns change.
This is pretty simple to test. When you have a stuffy nose, take short quick inhales and and the long slow exhales.
