I hope that Rose Bengal clinical trials may be quickly expanded to other types of cancer. The treatment of melanoma is a fantastic breakthrough. Especially so considering the "bystander" effect which occurs. It appears that Rose Bengal may be destroying melanoma stem cells as well as the more common melanoma cells, based on the complete leison necrosis.
