I think what is true for the Brits is true for the rest of the economically progressive countires. Internet has provided a new opportunity to re-discover yourself and mix with the younger lot without necessarily revealing your identity. It boosts your confidence and at the same time prevents boredom. The retirement age needs to be abolished in my view- it has no meaning in today's world.
