I have had iron deficiant
anemia all my life. I was prescribed iron tabs and they have done wonders.When I do not have them,I am useless to do anything and It does affect the mind-impared thinking and most times extreme irritability and unrational thoughts.Perhaps this will be useful to those who suffer-it's not in your head.
