Bpo employees don't need to be analysed and judged so much and need a break. I'm glad websites like www.callingwood.info show bpo employees in a better light and don't stress them out further.

Whatever be the profession but everywhere there has to be regular breaks in between and continuous working are highly not recommendable .Only then employees will be willing to work to their full capacity. Priyanka (BPO|KPO|RPO)

recent research (not just mere statements made by some) reported in the indian journal of sleep medicine has shown that sleep patterns impact the lifestyle of BPO employees. There is a need to create an awareness about it and how to reduce it rather than to dismiss it.
