I myself, Love the Ambien. I am not particularily in favor of the green pill, it makes me drowsy the next day, but the white pill, keeps me on track. What I do is take a half of pill aroung 9:00 pm and I am asleep by 9:30. I sleep until around 6:00am. Feeling refresh and no side effects such as drowsy.
