Bad cases of it California. I was visiting family in Bakersfield when one family member became violently ill. When we got to the hospital we found several other individuals there with the same thing. The doctors informed us that they are unable to keep up with the demand of people coming in with this infection. (Norovirus) Nothing helps but rest and liquids.

I was on a cruise and diagnosed Feb.3rd.
This is March 1, I am better but still not 100%. My doctor tells me 5% of the population do not respond to symtamatic treatment. I've lost 15%. This virus is horrible.

The Norwalk virus hit a medical faciltiy I worked at a few years ago. Aside from most of the patients, most of the staff got it. I was able to cure many staff members and my son with homeopathic Bismuth. Cure came in less than one day while patients had to suffer because it was an allopathic medical institution. Other remedies to consider are Arsenicum Alb.
Only one cured with Ars. Alb. Most everyone on Bismuth 30c . Of course with homeopathy each case is individual and must be assessed but often in epidemics there are only 2 or 3 remedies that are indicated.

If I didn't have homeopathy to use I would take Lugols Iodine 6 drops in a glass of water 3 times a day. This should take care of it nicely in a day or two. DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO IODINE!
