Pellagra encephalopathy among tuberculous patients, Ishii, Nishihara Please look up the above [open access pdf file], psychotic reaction due to TB treatment is possible cause and curable by nicotinamide replenishment. The patient will continue to deteriorate as he is not eating. This could have been prevented. Very sad.
