Maybe if Ecuadorian doctors were better educated and knew more about their fields this would no be necessary. I have seen so much malpractice here, I could write a book. There are doctors at major BIG CITY HOSPITAL Consultadas here that would have had their license revoked long ago in any sophisticated medical system.
