what, you mean the nanny state that has been hammering us for over 50 years to quit smoking, making arrests for drunk driving a very expensive, advocating moderation in alcohol use and promoting designating drivers as well as requiring safer cars and highways has done some good? hasn't it destroyed our once entitled freedoms? sounds like people enjoy their liberty more in russia and take full responsibility for the consequences of their actions.
