This is so silly. When will they realize "banning" things that are bad for you isn't the way to go. Its been all the rage now for 50 years, I know, but why don't they listen to the latest report from the Global Commission on Drug Policy? The facts are in, banning doesn't work.
If you're worried about kids getting it [and I am too], regulate it like we do with cigarettes and drink. Then adults can make their own choice, we can keep getting the tax we get from this silly "kronic" crap, problem solved. Banning it only pushes it underground.
Also, side rant, this isn't "synthetic marijuana". Its nothing like marijuana, in effects and risks ("kronic" is toxic). Ironically it was created in reaction to public employees wanting to smoke weed but couldn't risk losing their jobs if they were drug tested. So prohibition has created a more dangerous drug. Ban this one and another one will pop up. IDIOTS.

Well angry_citizen, cigarettes have been regulated for decades and millions of underage kids smoke on a regular basis. Pushing a substance underground does not make it more available at all, in fact quite the opposite, it becomes harder to access as it is not available at every street corner in both legal and illegal form. That some minority of people will then access a more dangerous drug due to the ban is their decision, whilst millions of kids are protected from accessing the addictive drug in general. If it addictive, ban it, and those that really need it can get a medical prescription. Not idiotic at all, just plain common sense and a stronger desire to protect kids that to make life easier for addicts...

More people [particularly kids] will use weed this year (and next year...) in Australia than cigarettes. People who use weed are not such a minority.
