HIV patients are also humans. They have rights also. I just don't get it why just because they have HIV, they are reduced to non-humans. This bill should be passed most especially the ones about the drugs. These drugs are the ones that lengthen the lives of these HIV patients, if these becomes expensive, they can no longer afford it.
