I completely agree with the idea of having boiled fish insted of fried. I am 49 yrs ,and I totaly quit fried fish 2 months ago and I eat fresh boiled fish 2-3 times a week, the difference is great in many aspects ( feeling active - feeling light in weight- with great desire for sex most of time.
