My kids love juice, funny since getting them to eat fruit is generally a struggle. My only concern with this has always been the high sugar content in juices (even 100% juice). However, there are some really great kid's juices available that have way less sugar than 100% juices.
My favorite is First Juice because it has 50% less sugar, is fortified with important vitamins and nutrients, and my kids really dig it. It doesn't hurt either it comes in convenient, no-spill sippy cup.
