As anyone who begins doing open-minded research into the food industry will soon realize, the extent to which the population of the world has been misled by propaganda about food, what is healthy for the human body, and what is not, is mind bogglingly pervasive. There is a long list of food items, each of which were I to say to the average person, that person would think to themselves, “This is healthy; this is good for me,” when in fact the exact opposite is the reality.
With that in mind this is the first of many articles I intend to write on this subject. Could you be mistakenly be eating food items that, even as a diabetic, you believe to be healthy for you, when in fact they could be contributing to your disease and/or a host of other potential chronic health problems?
