Depression

Depression in psychology and psychiatry refers to long term and persistent feeling of sadness, guilt, hopelessness and thoughts of death. A depressed person cannot just 'snap out of it' - he needs support from his family and friends, and sometimes counseling and medication can help too.

This online support group for depression will help you realize you are not alone - join up, help others going through the same road as you are, find help for yourself, and meet professionals who know about the condition too.

"It is a time when one's spirit is subdued and sad, one knows now why; when the past seems a storm-swept desolation, life a vanity and a burden, and the future but a way to death."

-Mark Twain

Dear depressed!

there is nothing to laugh about in depression. What a depressed person needs is clear understanding of his own feelings and probably the best homeopathic treatment. These medicines act on all planes, especially the mind, when given considering the constitution of the person. There is no need to lose hope.

Also you can enroll yourself for online counseling sessions. Therefore, have hope and faith in the healing touch of homeopathy!

greetings. Its clear from your words that you are feeling low. but do you know, there is something very positive in your write up....your realization that you need help. this shows the hope and desire in you to change for the better. The journey begins from here. it would be tough, but you are lucky, as you are young. Life has its lows, but we should have the courage to let go, forgive others(including yourself) and move on. Psychotherapy and counselling does wonders in your situation. OR ELSE YOU R STRONG ENOUGH TO MOVE AHEAD IN LIFE. LOOK AROUND.THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT YOU.Be positive with life. its an art. it will come.
