this is factually incorrect. Fluorides do prevent cavities, but excess causes fluorosis.

Ingested fluoride confers no benefits. Fluoride gets into the tooth enamel by topical means only. So there's really no reason to swallow fluoride ever.

No, Mr.Vinay. It has in amount small as 0,4ppm (10~20%). "Excess" is very little.
