Dengue / Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever / Dengue Shock Syndrome

Dengue and dengue hemorrhagic fever are illness caused by a viral infection that spreads through the bite of the Aedes mosquito. The main symptoms are fever, headache, pain behind the eyes, muscle and joint pain and rash. Sometimes there may be bloody diarrhea or vomiting, and bleeding from mucous membranes and the gums.

Love the sound of this idea. setting an army of infected mosquitoes out there to kill off the females. I have one question that needs to be asked. this lethal injection that the male will give to the female which kills off the larve,. does this have any detrimental effect on the other preditors of the mosquito? such as the Dragon fly, should they consume the infected mother of the sick larve?
