Every aid worker, medical and law enforcement officer who walked into that house, saw the mountain of records and incriminations against the mother and boyfriend, saw what was happening with their own eyes, and allowed it to keep going on, should also be held responsible for the death of that poor child. These folks are trained to recognize liars and crude attempts at cover ups. If they can't find a bruise under some smeared chocolate, they deserve neither their job nor their license to practice medicine. This is completely appalling.
