Chikungunya and dengue coexist due to similarity in the way they are spread. But they can be easily diagnosed clinically.Chikungunya patients appear 50 years older than their actual age during the illness.Lymphnode enlargement is seen in the neck very often.Rest is a must for one week and and simple paracetamol and vegetarian diet would suffice in most cases.

chikungunya fever is not fatal ds it is easily manage with homoeopathic medicine and diet control.take plenty of water and veg diet.avoid painkillers because it will reduce immunity and leads to reccurent attack of fever.
