management

Cervical spondylosis needs an overall symptomatic and conservative management program. If you suffer from cervical spondylosis, be sure to wear a cervical collar which will act as a cushion and shock absorber against sudden jerks. Massaging, hot water massage, neck , shoulder strengthening exercises helps a great deal. Be sure to try this out in addition to medication.
