PLEASE HELP

My mother was complaining about neck pain and numbness in hands & legs, also her arms was swelling. I got her checked in Mallya Hospital in Bangalore by Dr Geetha Subramanyam General Physician 2 weeks back. Doctor initially said my mother has to get physiotherapy but after seeing the X-ray Dr said, she has stiffness in one of her bones but physiotherapy is also not required. Dr Geeth just gave some medicine and asked to come after month.

Meanwhile my mother showed another doctor called DR Hafeeullah Orthopedic, after seeing the X-Ray this doctor is asking us to get operation done immediately, we are really confused and scared whom to trust and what should be our next steps. I am currently not in town,

So, PLEASE PLEASE advise a good doctor in Bangalore whom we can consult as 3rd opinion. I read lot of people suggesting Homeopathy, please also provide other alternatives.
ThankS a TON. My email id is smahdi@yahoo.co.in
