EXTREME PANIC ATTACKS UPON AWAKENING.. and constant worrying about others.

I suffer from clinical depression and anxiety. doc put me on zoloft and xanax (shich i hate taking). I find myself CONSTANTLY WORRYING!! was fired from my job and forced to take early retirement wich pays 1800 a month. he also put me on wellbutrin, but it got me very sick. my day consists of taking care of others and cleaning house/landscaping all day. I have no family support for my condition except my husband and my aunt. are there anyone else out there that is going through this?????
