Great news for the brain. The TM technique has been around for a long time and other research show it is good for blood pressure, anxiety, etc. it is so easy and effortless to practice and anyone can do it, even children as young as 10 years. I highly recommend it to everyone.

In my experience, The Transcendental Meditation Technique definitely creates a state of "restful alertness." It's interesting that they now have a name for "the natural ground state of the brain" which they find "more fully activated" during the TM Technique.
What's really important about TM is how much it improves the quality of your daily activity. Everything becomes more enjoyable and at the same time much more gets accomplished.
