With all due respect, medically speaking isnt putting a fish (a live one??) into ones respiratory tract suppose to cause aspiration, which can cause death if not promptly intervened. So if the 'fish' medicine is suppose to work it will do so by entering gastrointestinal tract so 'the fish helps clear phlegm in the lungs as it struggles for survival and thus clears the breath' written above is wrong.

This is an annual drama that is enacted in Hyderabad, no one knows if this thing works for asthma. Is this a hoax. In fact special trains run sometimes to get people to Hyderabad for this treatment.
