I learned Transcendental Meditation when I was a senior in high school. I was flunking out at the time but a year later I was on the Dean's list at junior college. It also helped me to quit smoking and drinking alcohol. Now I'm eating healthy and really enjoying life.

Great article on TM for students. They certainly need it. I have been doing TM for many years and found it very useful in college to help concentrate, improve memory, and reduce nerves at exam-time.
